ProElite® Foals First® Milk Replacer Powder is an ultra-premium milk replacer. This highly digestible foal milk replacer is ideal for orphan foals. It contains the highest quality milk ingredients, vitamins and minerals for healthy growth and development.
On day one you should start with only half the recommended daily consumption from the chart below, increasing the amount of milk by ½ gallon (2 quarts) per day until the full recommended intake amount is reached. If the foal is still hungry, offer Foals First® Starter & Creep pellets in separate feeder.
Use enclosed cup. Stir recommended amounts of Foals First® Milk powder and recommended water amounts together until completely mixed.
To estimate how much milk the foal should consume each day, refer to the chart. Example: A foal that will mature to 1,000 pounds will drink 4 gallons of milk per day, 2 gallons in the morning and 2 gallons in the evening.
