PREPARING DR. MARTY FREEZE-DRIED:

1. Scoop the desired amount of Dr. Marty's into a non-toxic, heat-safe dish.
2. Add warm water. The Ideal food-to-water ratio is 2 to 1. (Ex: 1 cup of mix to 1/2 cup water.)
3. Let Dr. Marty's soak for 2 mins to boost the flavor and texture. then gently mic with a spoon.
