Description

Ponazuril, the active ingredient in Marquis, is a prescription medication used under veterinary supervision to treat equine protozoal myeloencephalitis (EPM) caused by the parasite Sarcocystis neurona. It works by targeting the parasite in the central nervous system, helping to manage and reduce further damage. This compounded prescription does not need to be refrigerated and should be stored at room temperature.

This compounded prescription contains Soft Chewable Tabs that could melt at extreme high temperatures. Be careful that the tablets are not exposed to temperatures above 115 degrees Fahrenheit.
